By major roads Horwich is approximately 20 miles from the centre of Manchester, and about 40 miles from the centre of Liverpool.

M61, Junction 6. Turn onto A6027 & follow signs for Horwich, passing the Reebok football stadium on your left. At the Beehive roundabout turn left onto the A673. (it's 2.5 miles to the club from here).

After about 2 miles you will pass the fire station on your left; continue over a bridge and pass Aldi on your left. At the first zebra crossing, with belisha beacons, turn left into Rock Street (signposted for St Catherine's Church).

Turn right at the end into Richmond Street and follow the road round. The entrance to St Mary's Catholic Social Club (with large car park!) is on the right as the road bends and becomes Berne Drive
